
Fitness Centre at Mill Run
Welcome to the Fitness Centre at Mill Run Golf Club. Our facility is equipped with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, including dumbbells, cable machines, resistance bands, Olympic barbells, and more, ensuring a comprehensive and effective workout experience. Access to the Fitness Centre is included with all of our memberships.
Fitness Classes
At Mill Run, we offer complimentary fitness classes to our members and provide affordable class packages to the public. These classes are designed for golfers of all fitness levels and are carefully scheduled throughout the week by our Golf Fitness Professional. The programs are tailored to help you enhance both your fitness and golf performance, ensuring you can enjoy golf throughout the summer while improving your game. Classes range from 40 to 60 minutes in duration.

Current 2025 Winter Schedule:
– Tuesdays at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM: Focus on mobility and stability.
– Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM: Focus on strength and power.
– Fridays at 2:00 PM: Focus on full-body functional movements and golf-specific rotation. Join us to elevate your fitness and golf skills in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Golf Fitness Professional – Robbie Zicari
Robbie’s two passions in life are fitness and golf. In 2018, Robbie decided to turn these passions into a career. Along with graduating from Bryan College’s Health and Fitness program with honours in 2019, Robbie is also a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). It doesn’t stop there; Robbie is Level 2 Fitness Certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and continues to educate himself with a variety of fitness and nutrition courses and certifications. Robbie was introduced to the game of golf from a young age and played on his high school golf team. Robbie’s passion for fitness took off while competing in the sport of bodybuilding which included winning 1st place for his weight class for Ontario in 2015. Robbie enjoys being able to help clients work towards their individual fitness goals. Providing clients with proper form and techniques for all exercises will assist in building a stronger and more confident you on and off the course.

I started training with Millrun Fitness Professional Robbie a few months ago to address a severe knee problem that had been affecting my movement and golf game. Thanks to his professional, well-organized golf-specific fitness program, my knee pain is completely gone, and I’ve gained over 10 mph in club speed!
Robbie’s expertise in mobility, power training, and injury recovery is truly impressive. He designs each session with great attention to detail, ensuring that every exercise is purposeful and effective. His patience, passion, and deep knowledge make every workout both enjoyable and productive.
